Hi beautiful! I’m Désirée Sprauve, the Founder of The Wellness You Desire®.

In a world that has distanced itself from the healing power of self-care, nature’s wisdom, herbal remedies, nourishing foods, yoga, meditation, and Indigenous spiritual practices, I am here as your loving yet firm guide—holding you accountable as you connect with The Wellness YOU Desire®.

Whether you’re seeking support in holistic lifestyle changes, womb wellness, preconception or holistic pregnancy and postpartum care, together we’ll elevate your well-being and empower you to live in harmony with your mind, body, spirit, and womb.

My journey has taken me from enduring severe menstrual cramps while navigating high-stress roles in Corporate America in the Automotive and Aerospace Global Supply Chain Management industries to embracing the sacred call of Holistic Doula work and Women’s + Maternal Health. These diverse experiences have given me a wealth of knowledge to guide your unique journey through a compassionate and holistic lens. Rest assured, you’re in wise and nurturing hands.

As we heal ourselves, we plant the seeds of freedom, fostering intergenerational healing for our families and communities.
